CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION AT THE CUSTOMER'S INITIATIVE
1. The conditions of sale of the reserved rate determine the modalities of cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.

PRICES


1. The prices for booking services are indicated before and after booking.

2. The prices indicated refer to the room, the number of person(s) and the date(s) selected.

3. Prices are confirmed to the customer in an amount with all taxes included, in the currency the accommodation uses and are not valid beyond the date indicated on the website.

4. Unless otherwise stated, additional payments are not included in the price.

5. Prices include VAT applicable on the day of purchase and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be immediately reflected in the prices applied on the date of invoicing.

6. Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory fees imposed by the competent authorities will be immediately reflected in the prices applied on the date of invoicing.

7. São Domingos Residences, at the time of confirmation of the customer's reservation, will indicate the total amount of the purchase.

PAYMENT


1. The customer transmits his bank details as a guarantee of the reservation, except for special or promotional conditions or rates, by credit or private bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club ...) by indicating directly in the area provided for this purpose (data entry protected by SSL technology) the card number, without spaces between the numbers, as well as its expiration date and the visual cryptogram in the context of a prepayment through the payment platform.

2. The payment is debited at the time of booking (online prepayment for certain rates).

3. In the event of a no-show by the customer (reservation not cancelled - no-show by the customer) of a reservation guaranteed by bank card, the accommodation will debit the customer, as a fixed compensation, the amount corresponding to the first night on the bank card provided by the customer to guarantee the reservation.

4. São Domingos Residences has chosen Stripe - Amenitiz (Payment Service Provider) to protect payments made online by credit card. The validity of the customer's payment card is verified by Stripe - Amenitiz. Refusal of the credit card may occur for various reasons: card theft, blocked card, reached ceiling, input error, etc. In the event of a problem, the customer should contact their bank and the accommodation to confirm their booking and payment method.

5. At the time of prepayment, the amount that is debited at the time of booking includes: the price of the accommodation, its associated fees and all other additional services selected by the customer.

6. In the case of a rate subject to online prepayment, the amount paid in advance, which constitutes the deposit, is debited at the time of booking.

AUTHORIZATION

1. The entry of the requested bank details, as well as the acceptance of these general conditions and the booking form or request, constitutes an electronic signature which assumes, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

2. The computerized records stored in the computer systems of Investvicta, Lda. will be kept under reasonable security conditions and considered as proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.

3. The customer is informed that his IP address is registered at the time of booking.

FORCE MA JEURE

1. Invesvicta, Lda. cannot be held liable by the customer in situations of non-performance of its obligations due to a force majeure event. Cases of force majeure or fortuitous events are those that are generally recognized as such by the courts.

APPLICABLE LAW


These general conditions of sale are governed by Portuguese law.


EVOLUTION/AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE BY
